RETURNS & REFUNDS
All of our products are freshly handmade to order just for you. Therefore, we cannot refund or accept returns that have been opened or used. If you have any questions about your order, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your products so we can provide you with the best customer service solution possible. In the rare instance that we have shipped the wrong product to you in error, we ask that you notify us within 72 hours after receiving your order.
When your order arrives, please inspect the carton for any damage that may have occurred during shipment. It is normal for the shipping carton to show some wear, however, if damage occurred to the items in your shipment, please contact Terra Veda Organix (TVO) Customer Service with your Order # on our Contact Us page. We will be happy to assist you.
Please bear in mind that our order-fulfillment and shipping systems are designed to get orders on their way quickly and efficiently. Therefore, we cannot change or cancel an order once it has been placed.
